Description
Windsor ale yeast is an English strain that produces a fruity aroma and a fresh yeasty flavor. When brewing with Windsor the beers typically are full-bodied, fruity English ales. Windsor is great in a range from Pale Ale to Porter. It has moderate alcohol levels and the flavor and aroma is characteristic to the traditional ales. The Windsor can be used in, but not limited to, Milds, Bitters, Irish Reds, English Brown ales, Porters and Sweet Stouts.
