Suitable for American Ales with this yeast strain you will have clean flavors that really boosts the flavor of hops.
Even fermented at high gravity and warmer temperature the yeast will stay neutral, so any citrus or pine aromas from the hops will be enhanced along with dark malt aromas.
Giving the beer a dry and crisp finish this one can do with most styles of Ales, however very light Ales can turn out a bit thin if not taken care of with the mash temperature – and avoiding over-extraction.
Alcohol will be a dominant flavor in stronger Ales.Â
