Description
Farmhouse Saison
Farmhouse Saison is a refreshing and modern take on the classic Belgian saison, bringing a fresh, lightly spiced and fruit-forward character to your glass. This vibrant brew delivers a crisp mouthfeel that makes it the perfect companion for sun-drenched afternoons and garden gatherings.
Crafted with a blend of Pilsner, Vienna, wheat, and Cara Munich malts, it pours a radiant golden hue (10 EBC) and boasts a balanced bitterness at 27 IBU. The hop additions - East Kent Goldings, Styrian Goldings, and Saaz - build gentle herbal and floral layers, while crushed coriander and orange peel contribute a refreshing citrus lift.
Fermented with a farmhouse-style hybrid yeast at 20–22°C, this 5.5% ABV beer finishes dry and clean (FG 1010), true to its style and full of subtle complexity. The beer is best enjoyed cool between 13–17°C.
