The malt and hop aroma will be enhanced alongside aromas that are nutty, earthy and mildly spiced.
Nearly absent esters will be possible in normal strength beer if fermented at the right temperature (20°C or 68°F).
Giving the beer a dry finish and without making light-beers thin or watery, and the mouthfeel will be light and flavorful of hops and malt.
Making beer with higher alcohol, the esters will here be slightly more noticeable with hints of pear and apple, still leaving room for a complex malt sweetness and flavor.
Great for cask and bottling conditions, as this strain is highly flocculent and resilient and not prone to autolysis.
