How to Use BEST Caramel® Munich I
In the mash bill, BEST Caramel® Munich I can comprise up to 50%, depending on the desired flavour intensity and colour. It’s especially suitable for enhancing the body and mouthfeel of darker ales, such as Alt, Märzen, and Bock, and it can be adjusted for lighter wheat and amber styles.
