A beautiful amber coloured beer with a firm thick head and a distinct and rich flavour like a steam beer. A good balance in the malt and clear notes of the Northern Brewer hops used in the boiling process. The bottom fermentation brings a distinct flavour to the beer. Serve at a temperature between 6 – 12 degrees.
