By swapping the flat lid for a kegmenter lid equipped with ball lock posts and a floating dip tube, and attaching a BlowTie Spunding Valve, you can easily control the pressure during fermentation. The ability to withstand high pressure means that you can also transfer beer directly from the fermenter through a filter or dispense it straight to a draft beer tap, making the kegmenter an exceptionally convenient choice.
