This Easter brew is an American ale fermented with the Norwegian Kveik yeast, which gives a much faster fermentation with lots of fruit and flower notes together with the American hops Mosaic and Cascade. A herald of spring, which besides paring well with the Easter dishes can be enjoyed with great pleasure all year round.
One of the unique details with this year’s Easter brew, is that we use Voss Kveik yeast, which fits perfectly with our Ferminator. With a Ferminator it is possible to ferment at a precise and stable temperature and reach the 40°C/104°F, which ensures fast fermentation. Even when Christmas is just around the corner, it is possible to have In the Pink ready in a few days. Find more details about Ferminator here.
