Castle Malting, also known as Malterie du Château, is the oldest malting company in Belgium and one of the most venerable in the world, established in 1868. Located in Belœil, Belgium, near the historic Château de Beloeil, the company plays a crucial role in the Belgian brewing industry, renowned for its wide range of high-quality base and specialty malts. These malts are essential to brewing various beer styles, from Pilsen and White to the darkest Abbey and various organic beers, catering to both amateur and professional brewers across over 147 countries.

Castle Malting emphasizes sustainable practices in its operations. It operates a state-of-the-art malting plant in Hombourg, which features significant environmentally-friendly innovations like a large-scale photovoltaic installation and the world's largest electric malt roasting facility, allowing for malting without open flame and reducing acridity or astringency in the final product.
