This top-fermenting yeast with a great balance of fruity esters and warm spices fits perfectly for specialty beers.
Leaving you with some sweetness, the yeast will drop bright if left long enough.
Also giving the beer hints of bubble-gum, this yeast has a slightly suppressed Belgian character, and works well with botanics.
Not suited for high alcohol beer of more than 8% ABV, otherwise the yeast might become stressed.

Attenuation: 70-75%

Temperature Range: 64-77°F. (18-25°C)

Alcohol Tolerance: 8% ABV
