Giving you the perfect marriage of fruit, spice and alcohol, the Belgian Tripel Yeast is perfect for a wide range of Belgian beers including Trappist. The aromas and esters are complex with a dry fruity finish. The alcohol tolerance of this one is up to 12% ABV, and not suited for beers with very high alcohol.
