With classic banana ester and aromas of vanilla and cloves, that tend to overwhelm the malt and hops characters, a deep roasted and chocolate like flavor will come through.
The beer will not be sweet, but instead have a full-bodied creaminess to it and a silky mouthfeel.
For beers with higher alcohol you will experience a more smokey aroma.
Ideal for cloudy served beers.Â
