A high ester producing yeast suitable for mead brewing.
With high level of floral esters, you will be able to ferment this over a wide range of temperature.
The floral esters are especially present when fermented at cooler temperatures, and the finish of this one will be a dry,
fresh flavorful and full-bodied drink with a lot of complex character.
Tolerating up to 18% ABV, and for higher alcohol mead – ferment cooler; below 77°F (25°C)
