Ideal for regular bitters, special bitters, golden ale among others.

Light and with delicate fruit esters that helps promote the malt character, this top-fermenting ale yeast is suitable for a wide range of ales.
With some pear esters aromas of strawberry and kiwi will appear.
Delicate malt and hop aroma will survive the fermentation, however if they are to dominant, the fruity aromas will be less detected.
A silky-smooth finish, with a clean taste gives the beer a medium body with neutral flavors.
A great all-round strain for strong ales without being heavy. 

Flocculation: high

Attenuation: 74-78%

Temperature Range: 64-73°F. (18-23°C)

Alcohol Tolerance: 9% ABV
