This yeast fits extremely well for Belgian Ales. The yeast is slightly sweeter and really shows of the malt character. With fewer phenols and a fruity aroma, it creates a complexity of esters that almost creates a sub-tropical feel to it. The strain does not fit well with beers above 8% ABV.
